InBetween focuses on the exploration and expansion of spatial depth. The use of transparent screens allows the two projections to overlap,
whereby the individual video levels begin to interact with each other. The strongly alienated visual material, together with the acoustic level
of InBetween, spreads a dreamlike atmosphere. This is reinforced by the vague glimpse of spatial depth that is released via the dark surfaces of
the high-contrast images. The images tilt into each other in places, blending the two projections. From this, a dynamic gradually forms that gives
the installation an almost physical expression. In this way, InBetween shifts the cinematic action into the ephemeral space between the two screens.
